Recipe: Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables
A savory stir fry made with tender beef and a colorful mix of vegetables, perfect for a nutritious and satisfying meal!
- 300g beef, thinly sliced 🥩
- 1 bell pepper, sliced 🌶️
- 1 zucchini, sliced 🥒
- 1 carrot, sliced 🥕
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce 🍜
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 🦪
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil 🛢️
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒
- 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated 🧑🍳
- Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped 🌿
Ingredients:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot to the pan. Stir fry for about 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan and pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
