Recipe: Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables

A savory stir fry made with tender beef and a colorful mix of vegetables, perfect for a nutritious and satisfying meal!

    Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot to the pan. Stir fry for about 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the pan and pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
